1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where you live. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use Bi Mayor for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, exploitative, commercial-solicitation, or harmful purposes. You may not impersonate others, harass or out members, post content you do not have the right to share, scrape the Service, introduce malicious code, or interfere with its operation.
3. Member content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Bi Mayor a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, and use that content only as needed to operate, improve, promote, and protect the Service. You are responsible for your interactions with other members.
4. Safety and prohibited transactions
Bi Mayor does not conduct background checks unless expressly stated. Exercise judgment when meeting others. Never send money or financial credentials. Arrangements involving illegal goods, coercion, exploitation, or commercial sexual services are prohibited.
5. City titles
“Bi Mayor” city titles are community and brand identities only. They do not represent government office, public authority, city endorsement, professional certification, or a guarantee of visibility, matches, or romantic success.
6. Suspension and termination
We may investigate, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or when necessary to protect members, the Service, or others.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bi Mayor disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service or member interactions.
